We are having a problem as our users cannot send email to one of our
clients. The following message was received to indicate the message wasn't
delivered.
account@easeygarment.com on 26-03-04 3:04 PM
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's
email server. Please contact your system administrator.
<hkgexch01.eastpointhk.com #5.5.0 smtp;553 Requested action not
taken: mailbox name not allowed or chunk too large>
We tried to use other mail services, such as accounts at hotmail.com. The
result was successful that the recipient received the message.
Does anyone know what the problem might be? Would it be related to not only
our Exchange server but something else? For your info we are using Exchange
2000. Thanks.
