OWA cannot access!

Hi just a little problem, we moved office recently and
changed our service to ADSL, with changes to the external
IP address and DNS servers, everything worked fine, even
the outlook web access. This weekend though people
complained they were getting accessed denied when trying
to login. I tried on monday and it seemed fine, but last
night the server was rebooted due to a Sage upgrade and
now I cannot access the email using OWA. I just get the
page could not be opened error message. Any ideas? I am
thinking of using protocol logging to see where the
problem is, is that the best place to start? Any
suggestions appreciated!!
