If all of the servers are 2000 now you can just remove the
SRS manually:
1. Stop all SRS services
2. Launch ADSIEdit
3. Go to Configuration, Services, Microsoft Exchange, Org
Name,
Administrative Groups, AG Name, Servername
(Where Servername is the name of the SRS server)
4. On the right, delete the "CN=Microsoft DSA" object
5. Repeat this for all remaining SRS servers
Once replication has taken place you should then be able to
switch to native
mode.
