After reading your post again, I looked in AD and found an
Active Directory Connector entry under the configuration
container:
CN=condiguration,DC=domain,DC=com\CN=services\CN=microsoft
exchange\. The entry is CN=Active Directory Connections.
There are four entries under this container.

Can I safely delete the whole CN=Active Directory
connections container? Or should I just delete the entries
such as the msExchConnectionAgreement classes? I already
removed the ADC software from my Exchange server.

I am just a little worried about causing problems to AD by
deleting the key.
