    60One clarification--the Mailbox Rights settings in AD also control who can
    60act as a mailbox delegate (in other words, someone who can log on to the
    60mailbox with the same rights as the owner). The permissions you set in
    60Outlook only control who can access the folders, not login rights for the
    60mailbox.
