Thanks a lot!
But I tried your instruction, I still got the error.

Let me clarify:

My own account is A. I added another account B into Outlook. I modified
the Exchange settings and granted all appropriate rigths to myself on both
accounts.

When I composed email from account B, it's ok. But when I composed email
from my own account A, I got the message "You do not have the permission to
send the message on behalf of the specified user". Do you know how to
correct this?
