You probably dont have the correct authentication methods.

In ESM
/exchange - Basic with a "\" or "domain name"
/public - Basic with a "\" or "domain name"

In ISM
/exchange - Basic with a "\" or "domain name"
/public - Basic with a "\" or "domain name"
/exchweb - Anonymous
  /bin - Anonymous

This may change if you are using Exchange Activesync since EAS uses
Kerberos by default. In that case you can have

In ESM
/exchange - Basic with a "\" or "domain name" and Integrated
/public - Basic with a "\" or "domain name" and Integrated

In ISM
/exchange - Basic with a "\" or "domain name" and Integrated
/public - Basic with a "\" or "domain name" and Integrated
/exchweb - Anonymous
  /bin - Anonymous
