cannot run exmerge.exe

Hello,
I have been running exmerge.exe as a scheduled task at
night for months successfully. I just recently had to
upgrade my Exchange from Standard to Enterprise edition.
Now every morning I come in and I have a Visual C++ error
saying could not run exmerge.exe. However if I double
click the file it runs fine. I was hoping someone had an
idea on this one. Thanks and I appreciate any replies.
