Jim, spot on mate ! :) many thanks for your input/advice, my restore issue has now
been resolved :)

For anyone out there whos having the same problem as I had,
browse over to the MS knowledge base and search for 237677 and 273863.
(http://support.microsoft.com).

Many thanks to the people kind enough to offer their experience.

You never know, One day I might be able to returne the favour,
im refusing to let exhange get the better of me :) (Bloody thing!)
