Accessing Exchange resources

iam new to Windows and Exchange in particular.

Can we programatically access Exchange server resources
(ActiveDirectory/Inf
ormation Store/Public folder etc.) through WMI (or any other
technology!!).

Any leads/suggestions could be helpful.
