    Dear Andreas,
        she needs to connect your Contacts in her Outlook 2000. In her Outlook
    go menu Tools\Services\Exchange Server. Click Properties and connect your
    mailbox(click Add and type name of your mailbox). She will be able to modify
    your contacts folder.
