In the error messages that you receive back, is "server and domain name"
your Exchange server or the remote server? The 5.7.1 is a fatal error so it
should not be retried. If it is the remote server then you'd have to contact
them to see why it was delivered yet the server reported a fatal error. Is
this the case?
