You'll probably have to restore from backup. First thing is to check your
databases to see if they are consistent. Run the following command from the
command line:

>From a command prompt, navigate to the Exchsrvr\Mdbdata folder, type the
following commands, and press ENTER after each. Look for the "State"" it
will say either Clean Shutdown or Dirty Shutdown.
:

eseutil.exe /mh priv1.edb
eseutil.exe /mh pub1.edb

If it says Clean Shutdown, that means the database is consistent and all the
data in the logs have been committed and you don't need them anymore, in
which case you could remove all the log files and mount the store.

If it says Dirty Shutdown, that means the databases is inconsistent and you
have two option. (1) restore from backup, this is the preferred method or
(2) Perform a hard repair, which entails running the ESEUTIL with the /P
switch. See the articles below.

Be sure to get an offline backup of your databases before performing any of
these steps.
