I apologize if this gets posted twice.
Properties display Active, Remote delivery.
I have been able to successfully telnet to the host
domains while mail to them is waiting in the queues. The
only fix I have found is to reboot the server which causes
all legitimate mail waiting in the queues to be delivered
successfully.
