Deleting an email with a read receipt using WebDAV

Hi All,

I have a windows service that pulls out of Exchange all existing emails
and saves them onto a disk space. Once the email is copied, it deletes
the email out of the inbox. I use WebDAV to do so. It all works fine
however when the email has a read receipt on it, the sender gets a
receipt saying that the email was deleted with being read. Is there a
way that I can stop the sending of that email or a way to mark the
email as read before being deleted?
