Timothy,
Thank you for your prompt response, this is more a
case of me not giving the end users good instructions.
As it turns out, my habit is to SHIFT-DELETE SPAM
messages, and most users don't do that. Outlook doesn't
want to allow you to do anything with these messages,
which is part of the "security features" built in.
So, if I had been more specific to the end users this
would have been alleviated two days ago. Ugh.
