My xChg2k3 server is configured for both pop3 and Imap4. The
services are
running and no error messages. However, I can only login via pop or
imap if
I'm logged in as Administrator. Every other user attempting to
login gets:

-ERR Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.

Do your other non-admin accounts have mailbox aliases that are the
same as the logon names? If not, you will have to log in with

DOMAIN/USERNAME/ALIAS

for IMAP, or

DOMAIN\USERNAME\ALIAS

for POP (although E2K3 may not be so fussy about the orientation of
the slashes as earlier versions).

Unless you already tried that?
