We have here a W2k domain with users, and another, W2k3 domain with
Exchange 2003 mailboxes. These domains have a single trust
relationship. Between the two domains there is a firewall.

I want my outlook XP on the W2k clients to connect to the Exchange
server in the W2k3 domain. I have set all the ports as mentioned in KB
q270836, and it looks like it's working. But every time I get the
"Outlook is getting mail messages" popup box. When I allow all traffic
trough the firewall (any-any, can now be done in test env.) I don't get
this message. The portnumbers used except the static ports are: 1026
(when accessing public folders) From DC to DC, 16419 from PC to E2k3
server and port 55809 from PC to E2k3 server.

Anyone who knows where these ports are used for and how I can make
these static?

Thanx in advance...
