Inbound traffic is the problem. The server is usually behind a firewall
but to avoid reconfiguring the firewall i disconnected it from the firewall
and plug the network cable into a ISDN router and all i want is to do the
windows update then switch it into the firewall again. but when i switch it
into the router it still cant go to the net.
To see if the router is well configured i tested it on my machine on the
network and my machine goes through it fine i connect in matter of seconds,
but my server does open the ISDN channels but the explorer takes a long time
then gives me the error as if it isn't on the net. ehrn I type eg.
www.google.com it says in the bottom of the explorer found site and it gives
me the IP adress but nothing. there is no IPsec set on the server, I dont
know if exchange has some kind of way to block the HTTP port but i couldn't
    find it.
