Dell Axim not connecting

we are trying to get a dell axim running 2003 connecting
to a cisco ap, to sync up with exchange 2000. Getting a
message of http 500. Very helpful. We have combed the
newsgroups and Microsoft. We have tried everything we
could find. Can anyone help here? Thanks.
