Hi Steven,

I doubt that disabling UDP will get rid of the issue. If the ISP DNS is
unable to process the UDP you would not be able to send mail. I still
suggest to remove the ISP DNS settings from the SMTP Virtual Server and
point the Server to your internal DNS Server and let this Server handle the
queries.
