Hi Todd,

I am taking it you configured the remote domain on the IIS Server and then
set it to relay to the IP of the Exchange Server. If the event 4000's are
all pointing to the Exchange IP then check to see if there is a connection
problem between the 2 Servers. If you have a router of firewall between them
check the logs on here.
