OWA page unavailable

I have several remote users all able to connect to OWA via
various means with one exception. This particular user
uses Directway Satellite for his internet connection. He
successfully gets the logon prompt but when entered only
returns a "page unavailable" message. Has anyone heard of
issues with a satellite provider?
