Free/Busy status not populated using InterOrg Tool

I am using the InterOrg tool to synchronise Outlook Free/Busy calendar information between two separate AD Forest DC's with separate Exchange organisations. One of the forest servers has Windows Server 2003 Ent with Exchange 2003 Ent. The other server has Windows 2000 Server with Exchange 2000 Standard SP3.

The replication agent is configured correctly and according to both Server Event Viewers, the replication is occuring. Why is it when I try to create a Meeting Request or Appointment the attendees Free/Busy isn't populated when selecting a time for the appointment. Am I doing something wrong?

I do have the MS Outlook client installed on both test servers to carry out the testing.
