    Well, I found out part of the problem was my ISP.
    Reverse DNS was incorrect. I suspect that is the reason
    for the drop connections from other servers. They've
    corrected the problem. However, I do not think that
    was the whole problem. We can now email some of the
    domains. I still receive the same error messages from
    others
