Not needed. As long as you set all servers and workstation IP settings to
specify only the AD-integrated DNS server's IP address (with forwarders set
up on the DNS server itself that point to your ISP's DNS servers) you'll be
OK.
Make sure you change your recipient policy to include your company.com
domain and make it the default. You don't even need to keep company.local in
there, AFAIK. Make sure all mailboxes get stamped with the correct SMTP
address.
