Specifying Email Address to send out from using Outlook Client connected to Exchange

Hello everyone,

We currently have 3 email addresses that our Exchange 2003 hosts. However, each one is different in its business use. Without having to add multiple accounts in the user's Outlook client, how can I send out an email and choose the email address I want to send it from (if possible)?
