i am guessing that from the you have an exchange server at both locations?
and is the person logging on to a server thats not in there office, like a
centralized server? In my location, i have an exchange server, and OWA. in
our regional offices, then have their own exchange and OWA servers. to
logon, they go to a centralized web at our mail location, then logon, then it
prompts again when their request hits their server then they get in. when i
do it since i have my mailbox on the centralized server, i don't get prompted
2 times. I think that if you are doing something like i described, you need
a fron-end/back-end solution so they only have to logon one time. if you are
doing something different it is probably something else.
