I am using Exchange 2000 with Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2003. When a user
creates an event in the calendar and then invites others to the event, the
time changes by one hour when a recipient receives it. It is always one hour
and it does not matter which version of Outlook receives it. I have verified
the time settings one each system and they are correct.

I do not know where else to look for the answer to this issue. Any
assistance would be appreciated.
