Multiple mailboxes in outlook

    Hi All,

    we have a common exchange account/mailbox that is used for
    support@domain.com. This account is accessed by 5 support team members.

    The support team also have thier own private accounts/mailboxes, these are
    set as thier primary exchange accounts, with the support mailbox configured
    as an additional maibox.

    Problem..

    1.) When a user sends a message from the support mailbox the message is
    stored in 'sent items' in thier private mailbox. How can I configur Outlook
    to save the message in the support sent items?

    2.) When a user sends a message from the support mailbox, they have to
    manually select which the additional mailbox using the "from" attribute, this
    is a problem when they are sending upto 100 messages per day. Can
    exchange/outlook automatically detect which mailbox to use (maybe rule based.)

Provided you have the "from" field showing in you emails then you can override this if you wanted - so you could reply to one email say your support one and override the fact that its coming from support and instead change it to your own account. ...
