    Hello,

I am trying to customize two things using Outlook Web
Access and public folders. I cannot seem to figure out
how to set the default view when a user logs in. I would
like to set the default view for a public post folder to
be By Conversation instead of Message.

Also, the Contact form does not have a Pager Number
selected by default. I have created a new form to view
this information but I cannot seem to get it to come up
as the default view when a OWA user logs in.

These both seem to be the same issue and I imagine it is
something simple I am missing. Please let me know how I
    can do this!
