Dan,

This one is a good one as there are any number of things that could be going
on. Here is a list of things
to check out to see what is causing the repeated messages.

1.) Rules (is there a Delegate for either of the Recipients that might be
running a rule that is 'hung' or
looping that might be sending it to these two?)
2.) You could use Message Archival settings in Exchange to see if the item
is coming back in to the
organization daily from somewhere else outside your Exchange
Organization?
3.) Does the sender have a Delegate with some special setting or rule for
these two parties.
4.) You mentioned a 'group' of recipients, are we using Distribution Lists
(either Personal or Server-Based)?
What happens if the same message is sent once more but without the DL
use? Does it double the frequency
      for the two recipients?
5.) Could we have a looping condition with your mail queues?
6.) You could run some switches from KB article 296192 to see if it corrects
any conditions with the existing
      mailboxes for the two recipients.
7.) Do these two recipients also have Internet Email accounts configured in
the same Outlook Profile? If so
disable them temporarily for testing purposes.
8.) As a semi-last resort you could take one of the recipients and ExMerge
their data from their mailbox
and create a new Mailbox for them (withhold the old data from being
imported until after the morning
period when we expect the message to be delivered again). Does the
message dated July 5th get delivered
once more or has it stopped? If this corrects it you may want to create
a new mailbox for the other user
as well and be done. It could be that ultimately a new mailbox might be
in order.
9.)

About the only thing that would give you a confirmation as to the cause will
be the Message Archival work
with Exchange Server.

Thank you,
