This can occur if the Schedule+ Free/Busy System folder was not replicated
from the 5.5 server. If the 5.5 server no longer exists, this can be
    rebuilt following

275171 XADM: How to Reset System Folders on an Exchange 2000 Server
    http://support.microsoft.com/?id=275171

Or sometimes the folder exists but in Active Directory is still pointed to
the old 5.5 server. You can check this by using ADSI Edit and following the
    steps in

    Hope this helps
