Distribution Lists

I am in the process of creating a distribution list within Outlook
2000 on exch 2k server.

The limit for a dist =ribution list is around 165 entries! How can I
create a distribution list with say 500 e-mail addresses without
chaining the distribution lists?

I dont want to buy a 3rd party e-mail program to do this, I want to
use outlook and exchange. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I do remember using a personal distribution list in earlier versions
which didnt have these restrictions....
