I believe I may have a solution. I'm almost certain that
there is some sort of residual information that is causing
this. I've instructed him to delete his temp files and
cookies. I'm waiting for him to try this and respond back.

If this doesn't work I will ask him to try logging in with
another account that I will create for him as you
suggested. Thanks for the response, it never occurred to
me to try that. I'll keep you posted
