Larry
Can your VP access the default web site of the OWA server?
I want to make sure he can hit that, to ensure name resolution etc.
If they can hit the default web site and not OWA, please expand upon what
happens
Do they get an authentication prompt?
What happens after they enter authentication?
Do you see this access attempt in the W3SVC logs?
