Multiple users are receiving the following message:
You do not have sufficient permission to perform this
operation on this object. See the folder contact or your
system administrator.

They receive this sporadically when trying to open an
email, or they can open the email but receive this when
they try to forward it, or they can open the email and
cannot open the attachment.

As an administrator, I can access their email and perform
the task.

Running Exchange 2000 sp3 on Windows 2000 Server sp4.
All users have the same rights for Exchange except
administrators.
