User domain\autodl not recognized by AutoDL

Hello All,

I have installed the auto-dl software. when I access the home page I
get the following error

user <domain>\autodl is not recognized by autodl. kindly contact your
helpdesk http://<mycompany>.helpdesk.com

I checked the application logs and found the following error in the
log. All of the errors say user 'null'. Why is the user null? I have
specified the user name and password in the DSN AutoDL.

Kindly help.
