Hello,
have entered your username in the Domain\Username format? OWA Forms
authentication requires this...
Another thing you might want to try is to select "Connect to this top level
hierachy" and enter this in the Name: textbox:
exadmin/admin/<your dns domain here>/Public Folders
And use Basic or NTLM authentication as the login method.
