You cannot accomplish that with built-in functionality. Instead you need to
develop your own custom OWA appointment form from scratch since no supported
and easiy way exists to enhance the existing built-in OWA forms.
See the Exchange SDK for more info: http://msdn.microsoft.com/exchange and
search the Microsoft Exchange homepage for a whitepaper about "Customizing
Outlook Web Access". That's pretty much what's available from Microsoft.
