Looks like a permissions issue from your log file,

"Error encountered getting mailbox information from the private
information store database(s) on server 'MAILSERVER'. Make sure you have
adequate permissions on the Information Store object"

We are trying Exmerge to copy mail from Exchange 2003 server. We are
