I ran preparelegacyexchangepermisisons and preparedomain again and it solved
my problem. The server is now seeing all my DC and GC servers.

I ran domain prep again in the domain with the exchange server. It then
found my one DC that is the GC. It didn't find my other DC as yet. I turned
up dsaccess logging. It is seeing the servers but a bit is off on one that
isn't being found. Might try and promote another server to DC and see if it
gets found.
