I ran domain prep again in the domain with the exchange server. It then
found my one DC that is the GC. It didn't find my other DC as yet. I turned
up dsaccess logging. It is seeing the servers but a bit is off on one that
isn't being found. Might try and promote another server to DC and see if it
gets found.

quill CD- 6 6 0 0 0 1 6 1 (not found, I think it should be 1161 to be
listed)

bocephus CDG 7 7 1 0 1 1 7 1 (this server was found and listed.
