Delivery mail error - urgent



We have create new mailbox in our overseas exchanger 2003 server. This
mailbox make a auto forward to contact email address and leave message on
mailbox. . Now we have a problem , i have using outlook send mail to this
mail, after get this error message as below.

There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.
Please contact your system administrator.
<xxxx.net#5.5.0 smtp;500 Non RFC-compliant response received>

I have test this mailbox receive mail no problem and login mailbox send to
this contact can receive. Seems does not work on forward. please advice
