I'm using exmerge to import a few PST files into my exchange 2003
server. It seems to work fine but all of the mail items are going to
a "Top of Information Store" folder instead of Inbox, Calendar,
etc??? What am I doing wrong? I've been through permissions several
times and all looks ok.

That should just be down to where you are doing the import to and what
tickboxes you're doing. It won't be a permissions thing.
