Matt,
I'm not really interested in testing Naxian .. I've got many years of
experience in this industry :)

This is all technically possible, but complex to achieve. You could for
instance use software like Orchestria that does preclassification of data
so
that only certain data is stored. Journaling will capture everything
though
.. so in your case that might not be the best way to go.
Most vendors will say that they all can do this, but you will have to
look
at the fine print sometimes. I've worked in the archiving space for
quite
some time now.

Hi there. I am new to mail archiving and need some advice. i would like
to
be
able to archive mail but do not want to be storing a copy of every
that
comes through our exchange, i dont really want to go there, storage
etc.
Preferrably i would like to be able to have something that is a cross
between
logging and archiving, i.e: a record of email sender, recipient,
subject
and
body of email, logged maybe to text files of predetermined size.
Not sure if this is viable or possible, any ideas would be
appreciated.- Hide quoted text -

No need to look at the fineprint with Naxian. It is said that "The
proof is in the pudding" and the way to achive this is to test the
product. Naxian will happily offer an evalaution and proof of concept
- please contact me to arrange! Tracking correspondence is our game -
let us prove it to you!
