I would Exmerge the mailboxes associated with these users, and give
them the PST files. Then if there is no need for the accounts to
remain in AD, remove the user objects, and mailboxes. Then to really
clean things up, you could defrag the store after the mailboxes have
been marked for deletion...

MariahIt's impossible to say, with so little info - first you'll need to mentionwhether they are going to be entirely severed from any & all connectivity
with the existing company, and whether you need to migrate any data
(mailbox, PF, file system, etc).
