Domain field is blank when using change password in OWA

We've got Exchange 2003 which is not DC (DC is installed on another
machine). When my users use OWA and want to chnage password, domain and
account fields are not populated. They are blank!!! And of course, I
have to explain to most of users what exactly they need to fill in
form. And it's really annoying for all of us. But I've read these two
fields (domain and account) should be auto populated by default. How
can I figure this problem out?
