"You have exceeded the storage limit"

OK, let me just preface that I know what this error is supposed to mean.
I have a user who is constantly battling this message when she tries to send
email - in fact it can be reproduced just sending a sizable email to
herself. I am running two Exchange 2000 SP3 servers and I have tried using
Outlook 2000 and 2002. I have no limits set on any of the mailbox stores.
In fact her mailbox is only about 200mb and users withen the same mailbox
store have 700-800mb mailboxes. I don't have any other users experiencing
this "pheonomenon" and I have roughly 3000 mailboxes.
Any idea where else a space limit might be set? I can't say I know every
nook and cranny of Outlook, but I have perused the obvious folder settings
looking for signs there in case the problem is local to her profile or
something. No space issues on the Exchange servers or her local machine.
I'm stumped. I've googled and have come up with numerous articles but
usually the solution relates to limits set in ESM or the mail gateways. I'm
having trouble just sending an email from the user to herself so it is not
traversing the routing groups or mail gateways. It's got to be something
simple I am overlooking and need a push.
Thanks for reading!
