That's ok.
So, what exactly does the error message say and (I presume you have)
have you checked the settings all over again?
Yes i've checked and rechecked my settings but cannot find anything wrong.
The error message:
De volgende geadresseerde(n) zijn niet bereikt:
me@xxxxxxxxxxx op 28-11-2006 10:25
Het doelsysteem accepteert momenteel geen berichten. Probeer het later
opnieuw. Als het dan nog niet lukt, neemt u contact op met de
systeembeheerder.
<srv.ourcompany.com #5.3.0 smtp;553 5.3.0 <me@xxxxxxxxxxx>... Relaying
denied>
In the system eventlog i've got a netlogon error recurring:
Event ID 5782
No DNS servers configured for local system.

It's odd that you're allowing any addresses to relay. Have you got
something on your network that needs to use your SMTP service on the
Exchange server to relay SMTP through? If it's the only server and all
your users are Outlook or OWA then you don't need any of that
relaying.
I will lay odds that you have a relay configuration on your Exchange
that you don't need. Pull everything off and deny any and all
relaying. Make sure you stop/start the smtp service afterwards.
